Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ki88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ki88 website available at ki88.lol and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through it. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. ki88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on ki88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet or continue meeting these criteria may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending verification.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ki88 enforces a strict minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a resident of or be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your location. ki88 does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ki88 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ki88 or have an existing active account that has been subject to a self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account suspension order.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ki88 at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If ki88 discovers that a user holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts may be voided. The following conditions govern account registration and the ongoing KYC verification process.

• You must register using your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and an accurate date of birth. Nicknames, aliases, or deliberately misspelled names are not permitted as the legal name on a ki88 account.
• ki88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits before withdrawals can be processed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party. ki88 staff will never request your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ki88 support immediately via the email address displayed at the bottom of this page. ki88 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the user has failed to notify ki88 in a timely manner.
• ki88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time without notice. Failure to cooperate with a verification request within the timeframe specified by ki88 may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until the verification is complete.

ki88 does not accept registrations from persons acting on behalf of others. Each account must represent a single natural person. Corporate registrations, syndicate accounts, or joint accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ki88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposits made to and withdrawals from your ki88 account.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ki88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Payment method availability may vary based on your location and account status.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ki88 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case ki88 support will assist in identifying an appropriate alternative. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect account holders.
• ki88 processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times for other methods may vary. ki88 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where additional verification is required or where suspicious activity has been flagged on the account.
• ki88 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your mobile banking operator or card issuer) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ki88's control and for which ki88 accepts no responsibility.

ki88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal above ৳50,000. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 7 business days will result in the withdrawal being declined and the funds returned to the player's ki88 wallet balance.

Bonuses and Promotions

ki88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and daily promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your ki88 bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual offer's terms.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period, which will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been converted to withdrawable cash by the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• ki88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not have that bonus retroactively modified, but ongoing promotions may be closed to new participation at any time.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player or used in combination with bonuses from other promotions unless explicitly permitted in the specific offer's terms. Bonuses claimed in violation of these Terms may be voided and the associated winnings forfeited.
• ki88 operates a daily bonus programme that rewards players who log in and engage with the platform on a consistent basis. The specific terms of each daily bonus — including the eligible games, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, and validity period — are published on the promotions section of the platform and may change from day to day.

ki88 reserves the right to exclude any player from any bonus or promotional offer without explanation. This includes but is not limited to players who are identified as bonus abusers, players who have placed bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and players who have breached any other provision of these Terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ki88. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface or in the game provider's official documentation, which players are responsible for reading before participation.

• All bets placed on ki88 are final once confirmed. ki88 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of ki88 (for example, an odds feed error that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed).
• ki88 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on a market that was offered in error, where the outcome was already known at the time the market was offered (i.e., late bets), or where the bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time during an event. ki88 cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets. Bets submitted during a market suspension may be rejected or accepted at the re-opened odds at ki88's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet, per day, and per event apply and are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a market will be limited to the published maximum, regardless of the theoretical return calculated at the odds accepted.
• Winnings from slot games and other RNG-based products are determined solely by the certified random number generator embedded in the game software provided by the respective game studio. ki88 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses incurred during normal gameplay.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's screen and the result recorded on ki88's server, the server-side record shall be the definitive result. ki88 maintains comprehensive server logs for all gaming activity, which are the authoritative record of all outcomes, bets placed, and account transactions.

Responsible Gaming

ki88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable or starts to feel like a compulsion rather than a choice, ki88 encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit has been set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform. This tool is designed to help players manage the amount of time they spend gaming in a single sitting.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets, make deposits, or claim bonuses. The account will be automatically reactivated at the end of the cooling-off period unless the player requests an extension.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling has become a problem may apply for permanent self-exclusion. We will not use any marketing or promotional communication to attempt to re-engage a player who has applied for self-exclusion or who is in a cooling-off period. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ki88. Engaging in any of the following activities will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use ki88 as a vehicle for the processing of funds derived from illegal activity. ki88 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and fully cooperates with any lawful investigation.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating live casino game outcomes, including but not limited to card sharing in live poker variants or coordinating bets across multiple accounts to exploit insurance or side-bet structures.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the ki88 platform without direct human input. All bets must be placed manually by the registered account holder.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the ki88 platform, its game engines, its payment infrastructure, or any other technical component of the service. This includes any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's code or infrastructure.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, including a self-excluded player, a minor, or any person who is prohibited from gambling under applicable law or under these Terms.

ki88 actively monitors all account activity for prohibited conduct using a combination of automated systems and manual review. The burden of proof in cases of suspected prohibited conduct rests with ki88 to the standard of reasonable belief. Players who disagree with a decision made under this section may contact ki88 support to request a review.

Account Suspension and Termination

ki88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons.

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 8, eligibility failures identified after account opening, or provision of false information during or after registration.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ki88. Where an account is closed due to failed or incomplete verification, any balance held in the account will be held in accordance with ki88's AML obligations pending resolution.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account. Players wishing to close their account for any reason, including responsible gaming reasons, should contact ki88 support. Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to any pending verification requirements.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ki88 will aim to complete its investigation and communicate an outcome to the player within 14 business days of the suspension. ki88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's inability to access their account during a legitimate investigation period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ki88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ki88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the ki88 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ki88.

The ki88 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks of ki88. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media usernames, or marketing materials — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels. Game titles, provider logos, and payment method marks referenced on the ki88 platform remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ki88 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.

• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the platform. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. By using ki88, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
• Service interruptions, downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues — whether caused by ki88's infrastructure, third-party game providers, payment processors, or your own internet service provider. ki88 makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages — including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm — arising out of or in connection with your use of the ki88 platform, even where ki88 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ki88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where ki88's liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

ki88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, ki88 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. In cases where changes are particularly significant, ki88 may also provide notice to registered players via the contact information held on their account.

Your continued use of the ki88 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting ki88 support. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
